  • Festival Description: To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the HKSAR, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department joins hands with private entities to present the project ‘Art@Harbour’, a large-scale outdoor art project aiming to reinvigorate the harbourfronts and showcases diverse art installations by local and overseas artists by Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour. The event also features an extension ‘Science in Art’, which displays themed art installations in the Tamar Park area and along the Tsim Sha Tsui and Hung Hom promenades.
