  • Festival Description: The largest and most comprehensive exhibition of ancient Egyptian treasures in Hong Kong in recent decades features nearly 250 exquisite objects from seven important institutions in Egypt, including the Egyptian Museum and Luxor Museum. It also highlights significant new archaeological discoveries from the large tombs at Saqqara near Cairo. The exhibition illustrates the legendary life of the Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamun (r. ca.1332 BCE–1323 BCE) while exploring statues, coffins and animal mummies found in Saqqara since 2018.
