  • Festival Description: CHAT’s Summer Programme ‘We are Textile Culture Net!’ is a combination of exhibitions and workshops which unite international and local institutions, art practitioners, community groups and visitors alike to foster a sustainable future and development. Local and international artwork will be demonstrated as CHAT collection to respond to the existing global environmental issues, for example ‘ABOUT A WORKER, ABOUT A WORKER’ and ‘Day Off Mo?’ by Alma Quinto. Besides, a variety of hands-on activities and experiences are provided for visitors, such as zero-waste garment-making workshops, artwork-making and dyeing activities. Everyone can DIY their own garment and explore more about textile!
