  • Festival Description: The Hong Kong International Airport Arts and Culture Festival 2023 features curated exhibitions and performances at various locations inside the airport. The festival serves as a platform to showcase Hong Kong’s deep cultural heritage and home-grown creativity to travellers from all around the world.
    Highlights include ‘HKIA Post Art’, where artists reimagined traditional postcards with art and interactive elements; ‘A Visual Voyage: Hong Kong and Scenes’ uses perspective techniques to recreate six iconic Hong Kong film locations; ‘Pilgrimage to Intangible Cultural Heritage’ presents four traditional cultural heritages that have been passed down from ancient times in a massive 48-metre-long artwork; ‘Art in Motion’ guides viewers through six unique perspectives on art, nature and life in Hong Kong with a combination of moving images and animation; and ‘Piano Soundscapes’ transforms pianos into works of art through drawings and illustrations, along with performances from some of Hong Kong’s most renowned classical and jazz pianists.
