  • Festival Description: Hong Kong Dance Company’s new dance poem,
    A Dance of Celestial Rhythms
    , takes inspiration from the traditional Chinese philosophical concept of the 24 solar terms. Chinese intellectuals in ancient times used to recite poems in celebration of the solar terms; the Company reinterprets this tradition with a new twist through dance in this spectacular performance. It captivates the senses with stunning visual, auditory and lighting effects, as well as an atmospheric olfactory experience. The audience will be immersed in an inspiring, multisensorial dance journey, moving through the cycles of time and life, and ultimately returning to consciousness.
