  • Festival Description: The annual summer festival International Arts Carnival (IAC) is a tailor-made arts festival for children and families. Featuring outstanding overseas and local artists each year, IAC 2026 presents fun-filled performing arts to broaden the audience’s artistic vision and spark children’s imagination both inside and outside theatres.
    This year’s highlights include Opening Programme
    Starchitects
    , a dazzling adventure of colour, acrobatics, dance and digital spectacle; and
    PLAY
    , where dancers in quirky costumes and with curious objects awaken the inner child in all of us.
    In addition to exhibitions, workshops, online programmes, IAC offers outreach programmes at East Kowloon Cultural Centre and Yuen Long Theatre, inviting parents and kids to learn the harmonica together while enjoying a summer picnic. Get ready for an exciting summer bursting with art and imagination!
