By partnering with Designs in Air, The Mills hopes to bring the same oomph, pizzaz, zing, and attention to historic conservation in Hong Kong!When the inflatable tentacles peek out from The Mills, the revitalised factory once again becomes an Instagram-worthy hotspot.
