  • Festival Description: Curated and organised by Hong Kong’s renowned creative brand AllRightsReserved, the world’s first ‘Water Parade by AllRightsReserved at Victoria Harbour’ will bring together globally celebrated IPs and artists. Four IPs will be transformed into giant floating inflatable sculptures, making their debut at sea and forming a dream fleet to parade across Victoria Harbour on 1 November, cruising between Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. Additionally, an eight-day Water Parade Market will be held along the Central and Western District Promenade from 25 October to 1 November, featuring even more IPs and diverse interactive entertainment.
