  • Festival Description: The event will take place at Clearwater Bay in November this year, where windsurfers from world-wide and Hong Kong will compete on this prestigious stage. As part of the event, Victoria Harbour Windsurfing Race debuts at Avenue of Stars on 3 November, spectators can cheer for participants along the avenue. An experience zone on windsurfing and wingfoiling will also be set up in Tsim Sha Tsui Waterfront Promenade, instructing by professional instructors.
