  • Festival Description: In celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, a fire dragon dance will take place at Aberdeen to pray for favourable weather and peace. The fire dragon, crafted from straw, will be manoeuvred by 75 people in a dynamic dance, while youths parade around with luminous dragons and lanterns, symbolising the passing of tradition from generation to generation.
