    Hong Kong dataset recently launched the PRO version of the Hong Kong Company Detailed Report at the request of the majority of users. Before launching the new version, let me briefly introduce the contents of the detailed report. The main points are as follows:

        1. Background information: contact information (if available), business information, holding company, change records, current director information, foreign investment.

        2. Main staff: first shareholder, founder, authorized representative, information of current and first secretary, first director.

        3. Risk information (mainly mainland and Hong Kong): information on the person being executed, information on the loss of trust, legal proceedings.

        4. Intellectual Property Information: trademark information, patent information, design information.

        5. Company Related News: issued shares(actual controller), customs records, the number of companies and company name of one director in Hong Kong for free.

        6. Remarks

    Here is an explanation, regarding the meaning of the first shareholder, founder, and authorized representative in the main staff, we know that there are many types of companies in Hong Kong, such as: registered non-Hong Kong company, limited by guarantee, and private limited company , Private unlimited companies, mutual funds, etc. Generally speaking, we can provide shareholder information of Hong Kong companies, but there are exceptions due to company types, such as Hong Kong companies limited by guarantee and registered non-Hong Kong companies. A brief description of the two types of companies in the Hong Kong dataset below:

    1. Registered Non-Hong Kong Company (for specific company registration matters, please refer to section 776 of the Companies Ordinance). There is no need to declare shareholder information to the Hong Kong Companies Registry, but the company’s authorized representative must be disclosed. The authorized representative is not arbitrary arrangements must meet the following conditions:

    (a) a natural person resident in Hong Kong;

    (b) a solicitor corporation as defined by section 2(1) of the Legal Practitioners Ordinance (Cap. 159);

    (c) a corporate practice as defined by section 2(1) of the Professional Accountants Ordinance (Cap. 50); or

    (d) a firm of solicitors or certified public accountants (practising) (should have a place of business in Hong Kong)

    For example, Landis & Kadwell Financial & Tax Consulting Limited is a company originally established in Samoa, and now a registered non-Hong Kong company registered in Hong Kong. Its authorized representatives are KWAN ****** MING (living in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong) and KWAN *** HIM (living in Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong), which were authorized approximately one month before the establishment of the company. If you purchase a report for a registered non-Hong Kong company, there is no shareholder information. Therefore, a few users paid to purchase the shareholder information of a registered non-Hong Kong company without consulting before. After our staff explained the refund, they still persevered in paying for the information. We do not recommend this behavior.

    2. Company Limited by Guarantee. Most companies have no share capital and require at least two directors of natural persons. A corporate body cannot be a director of a public company or a company limited by guarantee. For example, Foundation for Yunus Social Business China Limited is a company limited by guarantee without share capital has two natural person directors Gao **** and Wang ***. Since there is no share capital, there is no shareholder information. Therefore, this company report provides you with the information of the company’s founders.

    The above is the content of the detailed report. The new detailed Pro report version is more comprehensive than the detailed report. It will provide all current directors of the target company in Hong Kong companies, that is, the company records of all current directors of the company serving as directors in Hong Kong.

    For example, TCA Holdings (HK) Limited has 4 current directors, namely Chen ** (Hong Kong), Wu ** (Hong Kong), Xie ** (Hong Kong), Hu ** (Hong Kong), if you purchase the detailed report and do not check the additional purchase option, then the company report will only provide one current director of the company in Hong Kong. And if you check the "Additional purchase" (i.e. detailed report Pro), Then the report will be able to obtain all the current directors Hong Kong company information. In addition, the Hong Kong companies under the names of all directors disclosed in the report are the latest information, and the deadline will also be indicated in the report.
