簡介:勝博殿在1966年始創於東京西新宿，為日本最大規模的日式炸豬排連鎖店。2010年被 SSPHK 引進至香港國際機場成為全港的第一家分店。勝博殿採用的豬只用加入大麥的飼料餵養，使其肉質特別甜嫩。

Saboten opened its first outlet in Hong Kong in 2010. Specially bred and barley-fed, the pork is sweeter and tenderer than those of other brands in the market.
